Thomas Barton Noble, 76, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014 at his home in Garvin, Oklahoma. He was born March 21, 1938 in Chillicothe, Ohio, the son of Thomas T. Noble and Genevieve Barton Noble. Thomas married Penny Noble on December 1, 1987 in Bainbridge, Ohio. He had worked as a millwright at Mead Paper Company, retiring in 1996. Thomas was a retired Reserve Deputy Sheriff and was the Emergency Response Leader and the S.W.A.T. Leader for the Ross County Sheriff’s Department in Bainbridge, Ohio. He had been a Ham Radio Operator for 30 years. He had moved to this area 4 years ago coming from Bainbridge, Ohio. Thomas was of Methodist faith and attended the Waterin’ Hole Cowboy Church in Garvin, Oklahoma.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; Thomas T. and Genevieve Noble; and a daughter Tracy M. Noble.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife Penny Noble of the home; sons, Jonathan M. Noble and wife Gail, and William B. Noble; daughter, Roberta S. Henson and Husband Michael all of Ohio.
Services are under the direction of Bunch –Singleton Funeral Home and will be held at later date at the Waterin’ Hole Cowboy Church in Garvin.
