Patsy Ann May

In memory of Patsy Ann May (nee Emerson) 90 years young, passed peacefully on December 1, 2020. Patsy was a long-time resident of Broken Bow. She was the former owner and operator of Shady Oaks Restaurant in Hochatown, OK. Patsy was a beloved part of the Broken Bow Community and will be greatly missed by all. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved her dog “Toby”.

She is preceded in death by Delmer May her husband of 54 years; father, Bill Emerson; mother, Mary Pardone; sister, Maxine Gamble, brother, William “Champ” Emerson, son, Billy May.

Patsy is survived by her son, Gary May and his wife Karen; her sister-in-law, Margie Emerson, her granddaughter Brooke May White and two great grandchildren Carson and Mabry White; grandson, Billy May, Jr.; a host of loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

A viewing will be held Sunday at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 7, 2020 at Hochatown Cemetery, Hochatown, OK with Bro. Ron Whittle officiating. Interment to follow.
