Allen Charles Willis

Allen Charles Willis, 59, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma entered his heavenly home on November 11, 2019.

The son of Jimmison and Annie Mae (Wilson) Willis, Allen was born October 3, 1960 in Idabel, Oklahoma at 3 lbs. He attended Broken Bow Public Schools. On November 9, 1981, Allen and Ramona Jefferson were united in marriage in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.  He worked for Julian Lumber Company as a forklift operator and enjoyed listening to country music and watching OU football.

Allen was preceded in death by his parents; three half sisters, Shirley Wickson, Betty Morales and Sarah Salisbury and his friend, Jarrod Tisho.

He leaves to honor his life, Ramona Willis, his beloved wife of 39 years; three children, Terry Willis, Jaron Willis and his fiancé, Carla George and Tiffany Willis all of Broken Bow; brothers and sisters, Andrew Willis and his wife, Darlene, of Broken Bow, Minnie Jones of Broken Bow, Teresa Shomo of Durant, OK, Jimmy Willis of Broken Bow, Michael Willis of Hodgens, OK and Nathan Willis of Broken Bow; mother-in-law, Mary Jane Jefferson; sister in law, Phyllis Roberts and her husband, Elias Jr.; special niece, Jennifer Willis; special nephews, Gary Jones of Eagletown and Kevin Willis of Broken Bow; his dog, Finch and many cousins, nieces and nephews (that knew him as a gentle giant),  all of his co-workers from Julian Lumber Company.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 15, 2019 at the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Watson Memorial Cemetery, Oak Hill Community.

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6-8 PM.
