Annabel Rose Ray, 80, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at her home surrounded by family. Annabel was born on February 6, 1938, in Placerville, California to the late Percy and Arlene Mahan Arthur. Annabel loved to listen to Swap Shop, go to karaoke, watching her birds, taking care of her animals, sewing, and coloring, but most of all she loved her kids, grandkids, great grandkids, and great-great grandkids. She was truly loved by all.
Annabel was preceded in death by her husband, Wadie Odell Ray, daughter, Nancy Jo Savage, parents, Percy and Arline Arthur, sisters; Susan Arthur Vanderpool, and Lula Gueterz, and grandchildren; Billy Odell Sory and Tenesha Marie Sory.
She Leaves to cherish her memory, her children; James Lawrence and wife, Penny of Monteca, California, Georgia Lawrence of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, and Steven Lawrence of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, brother; James Arthur of California, sister; Juanita Diggs of Sacramento, California, grandchildren; John Bacca and wife, Kristy, Charlie Nolan and wife, Laura, Alfred Savage and wife, Jenny, Amanda Lawrence, Amy Lawrence, Keith Lee Sory, Jr. and wife, Jacqueline, 20 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends, and special friend Archie Steel.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, June 18, 2018, at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
