Anthony Lloyd Pond

Anthony Lloyd Pond age 75, of Idabel, Oklahoma passed from this life on Thursday, May 30, 2019 in Texarkana, Texas surrounded by loved ones. Anthony was born on December 29, 1943 to Judge Pond and Lucy in Tom, Oklahoma. Anthony married Lois Goodney in 1996. He was a very hard worker and always true to his word. He loved telling jokes, camping, hunting, fishing but most of all he loved spending time with his family. Anthony was a loving person and was loved by everyone who knew him and will be dearly missed.

Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, Judge Pond and Lucy; brother, Kenneth Pond; sisters, Sue Owens, Carolyn Chapman, Audrey Coleman; and the mother of his children, Virginia Rose.

Anthony leaves to cherish his memory his wife of twenty-two years; children, James Pond and wife Tracy of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Kim Pond & Denise Pond of Idabel, Oklahoma, Crystal Pond of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, John Pond and wife Lea Anna of San Antonio, Texas; step-children, Jason Cole and wife Amanda, Tyler and Karen Bragg and husband Jeff of Bullard, Texas, David Singleton and wife Vian of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Curt Wheeler and wife Bre of Idabel, Oklahoma; brothers, Donnie Pond of Idabel, Oklahoma, Wayne Pond and wife Karen of Idabel, Oklahoma, Jerry Pond and wife Sarah of Turlock, California; sister, Linda Thrapp of Texarkana, Texas and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at White Family Funeral Home in Idabel, Oklahoma.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at White Family Funeral Home in Idabel, Oklahoma with Bro. Joe Voyles officiating

Interment will follow at the Canfield Cemetery in Idabel, Oklahoma.
