Billy Wayne Noah age 54, passed from this life on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 in Talihina, Oklahoma. Billy was born in Talihina, Oklahoma on June 15, 1965 to Simmeon Noah, Sr. and Wilma Ruth Noah. He enjoyed listening to country music and loved visiting with his family and friends.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, Simmeon Noah, Sr.; an uncle, Emmerson Noah, Sr.; and a cousin, Emmerson Noah, Jr.

Billy leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Angela Noah; mother, Wilma Noah; children, Andrew , Christopher and Brianna Noah all of Houston, Texas, brothers, David Noah and wife, Wanda of Idabel, Oklahoma, Daniel Noah of Odessa, Texas, Ish Noah of Pickens, Oklahoma, Bobby Noah and wife, Alicia of Pickens, Oklahoma, Simmeon Noah, Jr. and wife, Teresa of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; sisters, Karen Thomas of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Sarah Salisbury of Big Spring, Texas; grandchildren, Nicholas, Adian, Mariah, Sophia, Alan and Annabelle and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at the Battiest Cafetorium with Bro. Tommy Wesley officiating.

Interment will follow at the County Line Cemetery.
