David Fowler Obituary

David Fowler, age 54 of Smithville, Oklahoma passed away from this life on Sunday, October 7, 2018, at Mena Regional Medical Center in Mena, Arkansas while surrounded by his family. David was born on August 26, 1964, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the son of James Randel Fowler and Marcill Moore Fowler. David was employed as a lumberjack in the logging industry. David enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his 4-wheeler and riding his horse “Joe”, traveling when possible, doing thing in the spur of the moment, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and enjoyed working to provide for his family. He loved to argue with you just for fun. He was also a member of the Broken Bow Masonic Lodge #441. His memory will forever be in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

David is preceded in death by his father, James Randel Fowler.

His memory will be forever cherished by his two children, son, James Randel Fowler and wife, Jennie of Smithville, Oklahoma and daughter, Mindi Cox and husband, Randy; his mother, Marcill Fowler of Sasakawa, Olahoma; grandchildren , Justin, Katelyn, Jessie, Tristin, Augustus, Gavin, Joanna, Gage, Kamdynn Kaitlin and Trenten; brothers, Mark Fowler of Sasakawa, Oklahoma; sister, Velaria Fowler of Smithville, Oklahoma. The mother of his children, Teresa and girlfriend, Regina Shoults of Smithville, Oklahoma and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
