There is a lot of good things you can say about John. He was a good friend, co-worker, union president, and a great man. I worked with John over 40 years. We always had something to talk about when we had the chance to visit. His passing leaves a void that cannot be filled.
RIP old friend.

I worked with John for over 30 years in the Powerhouse at the Valliant Paper Mill. John and I got alone will. Doing the early years we fished and camped together and even went on a trip. During the later years, John visited our church in Valliant. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and loved ones of John!

John(Lil Brother), always the same and had time for Little cousins. The last time I saw you was when my mother died, you were there with us to share and comfort us. You always had a smile kind words and laughter. I remember the last time we talked when Evelyn passed and you said Marilyn I am coming home to visit. I didn't realize how time had passed. Lil Brother a great son, brother and cousin.Humble and loving spirit.Gone but never forgotten.Rest in Peace,Cuz💕

I worked with John for many years at the mill in Valliant. We definitely had some lively conversations and I enjoyed visiting with John every chance I had. My favorite memory of him was his "briefcase" that he carried to work daily: it was made of many layers of Braum's handled sacks - he simply added a new sack over the older, worn sacks. John was an amazingly smart man who was a friend to me and countless others. He has been missed from the mill since his retirement and he will be missed from this life even more.
