Kenneth Wayne Allen

Kenneth Wayne Allen, age 81 of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Friday, September 22, 2017 at the McCurtain Memorial Hospital in Idabel, Oklahoma. Kenneth was born July 6, 1936 in Idabel, Oklahoma, the son of Vance Allen and Bertha Adkins Allen.  Kenneth proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was retired from Beavers Bend State Park working for the State of Oklahoma for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing dominos and visiting with family and friends.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Vance and Bertha Allen and brothers, Jimmy and Larry Allen.

His memory will be forever cherished by his sisters, Pat Bray and husband Jimmy Dale of Broken Bow, Oklahoma and Susie Lawler of Hot Springs, Arkansas; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A graveside memorial service will be held by the family on Friday, September 29, 2017, at Denison Cemetery in Idabel, Oklahoma at 2:00 PM.
