Polly Sue Brooks

Polly Sue Brooks 93, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma passed from this life to her heavenly home on December 18, 2018 at McCurtain Memorial Hospital in Idabel, Oklahoma. Polly was born February 23, 1925 in Cisco, Oklahoma, the daughter of E.E. and Ella Mae Patty. She was an avid gardner, loved her birds, enjoyed being outdoors loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a dedicated, loving and caring mother and grandmother. Her memory will be forever cherished in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Polly is preceded in death by the love of her life and husband, C.G. Brooks; parents, Ervin and Ella Mae Patty; children, Jimmy Lee Richards and Lynda Smith; brothers, Clyde, Dane, Basil, Ralph and Bobby Patty; sisters, Joyce Allen, Loyce Johnson and Tina Hallbuer; grandchildren, Carl Smith, Becky Smith, Little Jim Richards; great grandchildren, Benny Coats and Justin Richards.

Her memory will be forever cherished by her children, Judy Peevy and husband Alton of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Lemuel Richards and wife Jimmie Gaile of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Samuel Richards and wife Kathy of Broken Bow, Oklahoma David Richards and wife Shirley of Idaho, Lisa Rollings and husband Russ of Idabel, Oklahoma and twenty-three grandchildren, sixty-one great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friend.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel of Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Pine Top Cemetery in Broken Bow, Oklahoma
