Roy A. Perry Jr.

Roy Perry Jr., age 59, of Lubbock, Texas passed from this life to his heavenly home on Saturday, November 24, 2018 in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Roy was born March 12, 1959 the son of Roy Sr. and Dorothy (Dillianty) Perry. He was a graduate of Broken Bow High School. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan. Roy enjoyed fishing, working on cars, cooking, and helping people. His greatest joy in life was his grandchildren. He was a loving and caring father and grandfather. His memory will be forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Roy is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Sr. and Dorothy Perry; brothers, Donald Perry and Albert Perry Jr.; sister, Lula May Perry.

His memory will be forever cherished by his sisters, Shonda Fay Perry of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Dorothy Perry of Tyler, Texas, Linda Perry of Tyler, Texas, Sandra Perry of Dallas, Texas, Diane Perry of Idabel, Oklahoma and Michelle Perry of Dallas, Texas; brother-in-law, Tony Hill of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; thirty-six grandchildren; Unlce, Dean Johnson of DeQueen, Arkansas, aunt, Shannon Johnson of California; nieces, Latisha Perry of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Shante Perry of Texarkana, Arkansas, Aliyah of Texarkana, Arkansas; nephew, Undra Perry and family of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; great nieces, Sherlynder Perry; nephew, Jhonell Jacob and family; great nephews, Donald Perry of Tyler, Texas, Billy Perry of Idabel, Oklahoma, Tryvon Perry of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; a longtime friend, Iva Nell McGuire; step-daughters, Izetta Patterson, of Oakland, California, Carletta Mitchell of Paris, Texas, Jennifer and Krystal McGuire of Idabel, Oklahoma, Jacklyn McGuire of Lubbock, Texas, Renae McGuire of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Laquisha Flemmons of Paducah, Texas; step-son, Marcus McGuire of Austin, Texas; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A visitation and wake for family and friends will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home in Broken Bow, Oklahoma in the chapel.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 1: 00 P.M. at Macedonia Church in Broken Bow with Bro. James Washington officiating.

Interment will follow at the Lukfata Cemetery in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
