Tommy Don Cockerham, age 62, of Idabel, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Sunday, August 19, 2018 in Idabel. Tommy Don was born on June 1, 1956 in Idabel, the son of Thomas Cockerham and Edna Cobb Cockerham. He enjoyed riding his Harley, playing practical jokes, working with his horses and taking care of his dog, "Bully". Tommy Don loved his family and friends and enjoyed his time with them.
Tommy Don was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Edna Cockerham; grandparents, Melvin and Minnie Kelly and Thomas Henry and Virgie Cockerham and Buddy Chapman; aunts and uncles, Virshel Clark, Eva May Clark, James Cockerham, Billy (Dutch) Cobb and Billy and Edith Smith.
He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter and son in law, Sandra Dawn Raulston and husband Matt of Clarksville, Texas; grandson, Jace Gates of Broken Bow; two step-grandchildren, Paycas and Jett Raulston of Clarksville, Texas; brothers, Steve Cockerham and wife Marge and Jimmy Cockerham and wife Cindy of Idabel, Oklahoma; sisters, Liz Westbrook and husband Gary of Millerton, Oklahoma, and Sherry Weeks and husband Wayne of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; special mother in law, Gladys Bunch of Broken Bow ; special nephew, Jason Bean. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday Night, August 24, 2018, at 7 P.M. at the Busy Bee Arena in Millerton, Oklahoma with Shane Slack and Jimmy Westbrook officiating.
A private burial will be held on Saturday.
