Agnes Marvell "Bonnie" Westbrook

Agnes Marvell “Bonnie” Westbrook, age 85, completed her earthly journey on August 18, 2023 in Durant, OK. She was born August 20, 1937 in Pickens, OK to parents, John Wesley and Agnes Lee Belle (Woods) Stout.

Marvell had a big heart and was a very patient person and cared for everyone. She enjoyed her flowers, sewing, going fishing with Frank and taking care of the children. She was always in the kitchen cooking when company came and made sure everyone had plenty to eat. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John Wesley and Agnes Lee Belle Stout; husband, Frank Westbrook; daughter, Judy Gail Westbrook; brothers, Oscar Stout and Gene Stout; sisters, Mable Gammon, Rachel Daughty, Ruby Tidmore, Martha Rose Moore, Pauline Morris, Louise Brumley, Jo McConnell and Marie Stout.

Marvell is survived by her children, Rhonda Kupke (Kenneth) of Redland, Karen Monroe (Norman) of Mead, Terry Westbrook of Nashoba, Beverly Sisk (Steve) of Nashoba, Douglas Westbrook of Wright City and Michelle Westbrook of Byhalia, MS; grandchildren, Kenda Dark, April Collins, Heather Carter.  Melissa Stout, Derek Monroe, Kandace Cook. Rachel Oehlar, Frankie, Paul, Shelby and Russell Westbrook. Brent and Trenton Sisk, Brooke Davis. Nellie Donaldson, Sara Shrouder, Blake Tomlinson. Randon and Zach Walker; numerous great-grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m., prior to the service.

Funeral Services are set for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home, Broken Bow, OK with Bro. Lewis Lee Prewitt and Bro. Steve Sisk officiating. Interment to follow at Glover Cemetery, Glover, OK.
