Obituary
Barbara Ann “Skeeter” Fells, 52, of Broken Bow, OK completed her earthly journey on August 26, 2023.
She was born June 15, 1971 in Hugo, OK the daughter of Bobby Lee Mussett and Kathy Jayn Autrey.
Skeeter enjoyed remodeling houses, sewing, riding horses and taking care of flowers. She loved the beach, spending time with her family and taking care of her fur baby, Italee. Most importantly was her love for Whitney and Axl. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ruby and Lewis Autrey and paternal grandparents, Robert and Mary Mussett.
Skeeter leaves to cherish her memory, parents, Kathy and Billie Harkins and Bobby Mussett all of Wright City; daughter, Whitney Adkins and son, Axl of Broken Bow; sisters, Ann Thomas of Broken Bow and Jan Christian of Valliant; two nieces, Ry Leigh Thomas and Bradlea Christian; nephew, Gary Christian; special aunt and uncle, Charlie and Jody Autrey; special cousins, Jerry and Sally Autrey and Cindy Flores; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Graveside Services were held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Watson Memorial Cemetery, Oak Hill Community with Rev. Jerry Autrey officiating.
