Billy Mack Rogers, 89 of Broken Bow, OK passed away September 21, 2019 at the Oklahoma Veterans Center in Talihina, OK. He was born July 17, 1930 in Malta, TX to Mack and Christine Carter Rogers.
Billy was a World War II, Korean Veteran Army, and Airforce Military Police. He spent his life working as an engineer, lineman and truck driver/owner/operator. He worked for local trucking, including Jimmy Tucker, Daryl Thomason, and Sam Joiner. He spent most of his life in Broken Bow, OK and enjoyed hunting, fishing and making walking canes.
Billy is survived by his two daughters, Regina Rogers of Wister, OK, Tracie Rogers of Broken Bow, five grandchildren, Yolanda Crenshaw of Spiro, OK, Catlin and Christian Jefferson of Poteau, Lelan and Tia Jefferson of Wister, OK, Rustin Jefferson of Wister, OK, Mac Lesperance of Broken Bow, several great-grandchildren, friends and family, sisters, brothers and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mack Rogers; mother, Christine Huggins; wife, Donna Rogers; grandson, Michael Lesperance; great-grand-children, Taliya Jefferson and Noah Jefferson; sister, Betty Jane Rogers.
Visitation will be at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel, Sunday September 22 from 6:00-8:00 pm.
Services will be held Monday, September 23, at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 pm. with Pastor Lloyd Lee officiating. Interment will be at Broken Bow Cemetery.
