Billy Joe Hoffman, age 83, passed away May 19, 2022 in Idabel, OK.  He was born the son of Everett Hoffman and Johnie Hoffman (Strickland) on November 8, 1938 in Claremore, OK.

Billy was a workaholic and liked to operate and handle heavy equipment. When he wasn’t on the job, Billy was an avid baseball fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and enjoyed feeding deer.  Billy was a member of the Masonic Lodge and attended the Southern Baptist Church in Idabel.  He dearly loved his family and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Johnie Hoffman; brother, E.L. Hoffman; sister, Margaret (Hoffman) Herndon.

He is survived by his daughter, Kristin Hoffman-Collins; brother, Johnie Ray Hoffman; grandchildren, Skyler Hoffman and wife Samantha, Wesley Collins, Casey Collins, Brayden Collins; great-grandchildren, Kyson Hoffman and Azaylie Kraus.

Funeral Service will be held May 25, 2022 at 10:30 AM in the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow at Denison Cemetery.
