Bobbie Gamble passed away peacefully on May 18, 2025, in DeQueen, AR, at the age of 88. Born on April 11, 1937, in Redland, OK to Robert and Wilma McGovern
United in marriage to her beloved husband, Buddy Gamble, on October 10, 1959, at the First Church of the Nazarene in Broken Bow, OK, Bobbie's life was further enriched by love and companionship. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, hard work, and the shared pleasure of watching their family grow.
She is preceded in death by parents, Robert and Wilma McGovern; brother, Clovis McGovern; son-in-law, Don Brock.
Her early years in Redland were filled with the simple joys of rural life, which laid the foundation for her lifelong love of planting flowers, gardening, and canning. Bobbie loved the outdoors. But what brought her great joy was being with her grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
Bobbie's legacy is lovingly carried on by her husband, Buddy Gamble of the home; her children, Debbie Brock of Golden, OK, Bosco Gamble and his wife, Tammy, of Broken Bow, OK, and Jamie Gamble, also of Broken Bow, OK. Her life was further blessed by her grandchildren, Christopher and Whitney Brock, Summer and Bradley Scarbrough, Autumn Gamble and Taylor Tucker, Jasie Hamlin, Colten and Kristian Webb, Baylee Webb and Martin Stevens; her eleven great-grandchildren, brother, Gwin McGovern and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held 6-8 P.M., Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Bow, OK.
Graveside Services are set for 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Crown Hill Cemetery, Broken Bow, OK.
