Calvin Latta

 Calvin Latta age 82, of Broken Bow, Ok. went to be with his Savior on Saturday, September 14, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Calvin was born on September 28, 1936 to James and Ossie Kathleen Lata. Calvin loved to hunt, fish, gardening, woodworking and loved sports. Calvin most enjoyable time was when he was with his family. He was affiliated with the Hochatown First Assembly of God Church. Calvin married the love of his life Wilma Jean Wiley on May 21, 1956.

Calvin was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ossie Latta; brother, Monroe Latta; sister, Jerldeen Price and brother-in-law, Fritz Price.

Calvin leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 63 years Wilma Jean Latta; children, Kathy and Ken Ogden of Broken Bow, Ok., Jim and Rena Latta of Broken Bow, Ok; grandchildren, Dennis and Alicia Farley of Colorado, Jennifer Ogden and Brian Robinette of Idabel, John Adam Ogden of Oklahoma City, Candi and Casey Russell of Coalgate, Josh and Nikki Latta of Broken Bow: great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn McCary, Bailey Birdsong, Tracer Ogden, Caden Russell, Austin Farley, Harli Latta, Jack Ogden; great-great grandchildren, Emersyn Alexander and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. at the Hochatown First Assembly of God Church with Bro. Melvin Baker officiating.

Interment will follow at the Hochatown Cemetery.
