Carroll Ann Watts passed from this life Sunday, October 17th in Ft. Smith, AR at the age of 58.
She was born Wednesday, June 5th 1963 in Talihina, OK the daughter of Charles and Rosie Jane (Williams) Watson.
Carroll was affiliated with Pickens Assembly of God Church. She was very outgoing and a hard worker and dedicated to everything she did. She was employed at Battiest School for over thirty years and drove a school bus during that time. In recent years she was manager at Hochatown EZ Mart putting in 80 to 90-hour weeks. She enjoyed helping with softball tournaments and ballgames. She also enjoyed going to cornhole tournaments. Most of all she loved and cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Watts and son, William Watts; father, Charles Watson; grandmother, Emaline Williams; stepfather, Daniel Lara.
Carroll is survived by her mother, Rosie Jane Lara; children, Charles Jefferson, Jackie Ryan (Chuck), Elaina McCarroll-Bright, Emalie Barnes (Scotty) Mark Watson (Chris); brothers, Charles “Sonny” Watson (Jennifer); sisters, Kathy Newman (James) and Elaine Arevalo; grandchildren, Irania Alvarez, Hanna Jefferson, Andrea Ryan, Kimmie Ryan, Danielle McCarroll and Torie McCarroll; Bonus grand-dog, Roman; a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Friday evening at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Pickens Assembly of God Church with Bro. Gary Furr officiating. Interment to follow at County Line Cemetery.
