Charles Clifton Bray Obituary

Charles Bray passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at the age of 85. He was born September 24,1938, in Broken Bow, OK, the son of BH and Elsie (Godwin) Bray.


Charles was of the Baptist Faith. He always dressed nicely, he enjoyed hunting, country music and dancing. He was a great carpenter and cabinet builder. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.


He is preceded in death by the love of his life and mother of his children, Janice Bray; his parents, BH and Elsie Bray; brothers, Bud Bray and Larry Bray; sister, Arlene Compton.


Charles leaves to cherish his memory his children, Lavonda and Doug Storey, Randall and Sherry Bray, Jana and Mike Smith all of Broken Bow; brother, Glenn Bray and Lynn of Eagletown; grandchildren, Jason Jenkins, Kayla Bray, Lexi Bray, Lindsey McCraw, Misty McKinzie and Amanda Fielder; great-grandchildren, KaitLynn Jenkins, Lason Jenkins, Devrie McCullough, Gage Cravin, Caleb Cravin, Aubrey McKinzie, Shooter McCraw, Colton Cupit and Kinzey Cupit; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.


Graveside Services are set for 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 8, 2024 at Holly Creek Cemetery, Holly Creek, OK with Clint Bray officiating.
