Charles Henry Snead Jr.

Charles Henry Snead, Jr., age 44, of Broken Bow, passed from this life on Thursday, November 11, 2021. He was born on September 29, 1977, in Fortuna, California, the son of Charles Henry Snead, Sr., and Elizabeth Ann Seymour.

Charles worked as a stone mason and owned the company “Little River Rock”. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He attended the Faith Christian Center in Broken Bow. Charles was a loving Dad, Papaw, and friend. He will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Sherry Bullard; his grandpa, Gavin Cain; and his uncle Jimmy Cain.

Charles leaves to cherish his memory his fiancé, Kimberly Brantley; his children, Sara George and husband Mason, Sadie Snead, and Suzanna Snead; sister, Teresa Snead Scarberry;  stepfather, John Seymour; grandmother, Alice Coffee; grandchildren, Rylin Roberts, Azariah Gallagher, and Jolie George; niece, Jennifer Hammonds; nephews, Mark Kugle, Ty Corley, and Charles Kendrick Snead; uncle, Ross Snead; cousin, Samantha Eppler; and other special family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Bunch Singleton Funeral Home.

The funeral service for Charles will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 18, 2021, at the Faith Christian Center with Pastor Chuck Darby officiating. Interment will follow at Watson Memorial Cemetery in the Oak Hill Community.

Pallbearers are Dewayne Parnell, Tommy Cunningham, James Dailey, Charlie Osterdock II, Sidney Dailey, and Jerry Brantley. Honorary pallbearers are Trevyn Gardner, and David Scarberry.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home.
