David Wayne Adams

David Adams passed from this life Sunday, December 18, 2022 in Oklahoma City at the age of 58. He was born August 13, 1964 in Idabel, OK the son of Kerry Wayne and Sue Ann Adams.

David and Brenda Beckham were married on July 13, 2020 and shared two years together.

David was a member of Clebit First Baptist Church. He worked as a logger and ranch hand. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and giving a hand to others in time of need. He enjoyed Thanksgiving and Christmas and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Pauline and Oscar Adams; maternal grandparents, Cleo and Sam Christian; uncles Loyd Christian, Lavoy Christian and Terry Adams; aunts, Phyllis Tracht and Edith Sims.

David is survived by his wife Brenda Adams of the home; parents, Kerry and Sue Adams of Pickens; daughter, Aimee Adams and her children, Riley and Mattie; son, Dylan Stevens both of Durant; brother, Kris Adams and wife, Rhonda of Bixby, OK; sisters, Tena Blalack and husband, Stuart of Van Buren, AR, Melissa Green of Poteau, OK; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Della and Harry Stockton of Broken Bow; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral Services are set for 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Clebit Baptist Church, Clebit, OK with Bro. Harry Stockton officiating.

The family will receive friends from 9-10:00 a.m., prior to the service.
