David Lowery

David Lowery, 59, of Broken Bow, passed from this life into eternity, July 22, 2021, in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

He was born on November 2, 1961, to Ivan Hugh Lowery and Minnie Marcelene (Baker) Lowery, in Idabel, OK.

David and Carmon (Mulkey) Lowery had been together since 2008.

He was a kind, generous, big-hearted man. David was always looking for ways that he could help people or animal. He was a loyal son, brother, father, and friend. He loved the beauty in nature and enjoyed gardening and fishing. He believed in the Lord Jesus Christ and was affiliated with the Assembly of God.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan Hugh and Marcelene Lowery; sister, Darla Young; and nephew, Rickey Young, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Carmon Lowery, of the home; children, Jennifer Lowery, of Ft. Gibson, Ramy Gauldin and Synthia Gauldin, of Broken Bow; brother, John Lowery and wife, Jan of Broken Bow; nephews, Erick John Young, of Broken Bow and Ryan Durr, of Maryland; nieces, Erica Durr, of Maryland, and Cynthia Young, of Broken Bow; grandchildren, Aidan Bayliss and Elena Boswell, both of Ft. Gibson; aunt and uncle, Jerry and Patsy Baker, of Broken Bow; and a host of great nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

A Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday, July 27, 2021, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at the Oak Hill Assembly of God Church, with Pastor Scott Stuart and Bro. Jimmy Wesbrook officiating. Interment will follow at the Rock Hill Cemetery.
