Donna R (Lambert) Taylor

Donna Raye Taylor passed from this life into her heavenly home at the age of 76, surrounded by her loving family on January 24, 2020 in Plano, TX.

She was born in Broken Bow, OK on December 21, 1943 the daughter of William Ray and Helen Lambert (Smith).

Donna was a 1962 graduate of Broken Bow High School. She and Larry Taylor were united in marriage August 5, 1961. They moved to Washington, DC after Larry enlisted in the Navy. She was a wonderful wife and homemaker. She loved her family and adored her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, reading her bible and watching HGTV.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Laura Parks and husband, James, son, Joey Taylor and wife, Teresa all of Broken Bow, OK; five grandchildren, Griffin Taylor, Presley Taylor, Dustin Parks, William Parks and Kate Parks; her sister, Pat Virgin of Broken Bow, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Helen Lambert, her husband, Larry Taylor.

A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, February 8, 2020 at Sweet Home Church of Christ.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to ARK – Animal Rescue and Kare of McCurtain County at First Bank Broken Bow, OK
