He was born on October 7, 1944, in Lincoln, NE to Ralph and Rosie Bouton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, James Bouton, Steve Bouton and his twin brother Dwight Bouton.
He leaves to cherish his memory, Uncle Harley London; Nieces and nephews; many cousins, lots of friends. Dwayne Bouton will be missed by many.
Private burial will be held.
