Edward William Seymour

Edward William Seymour, age 91, of Ashley, Indiana, passed from this life, August 19. 2021, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Edward was born on May 30, 1930, in Sherwood, OK to Henry William and Elsie (Barricks) Seymour.

He and Pearlie Mae Graham were married on June 30, 1950, in Arkansas, they enjoyed 48 years together before her passing in 1998.

Edward was a body and fender repairman for 30 years, retiring in 1994.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and raising a garden. Edward was a loving father and family man. He always enjoyed the time spent with family. He loved the Lord and was of the Baptist faith.

Edward was preceded in death by his wife, Pearlie Mae Seymour; parents, Henry and Elsie Seymour; and daughter, Rhonda Eby. 

He leaves to cherish his memory, his two daughters, Donna McBride, of Kendallville, IN, Connie Seymour, of Ashley, IN; two sons, Randy Edward Seymour, of Ashley, IN, Mitchell William Seymour and wife, Michelle, of LaOtto, IN; brother, John Seymour, of Broken Bow, OK; three grandchildren, Mindy Marie Seymour, Mitch Edward Seymour, and Megan Mae Seymour, all of LaOtto, IN.

A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM, August 28, 2021, at the Sherwood Cemetery, in Sherwood, OK, with Rev. Rodney Watson officiating.
