George Wesley Clark

George Wesley Clark of Eagletown, OK passed from this life October 6, 2020 at the age of 68. He was born November 1, 1951 in Roseburg, OR the son of Orville Wesley and Dorthel (Cook) Clark.

George enjoyed riding horses, going to rodeos, listening to music and sports. He was a fan of OKC Thunder. He loved his family and spending time with them.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Brenda Williams; his nephew, Shane Clark.

George leaves to cherish his memory brother, Pete Clark of Eagletown; sisters, Cheryl Bryant and Ruby Chadwick both of Eagletown; step-mother, Gladys Clark of Eagletown; second mama, Pat Stafford of Eagletown; special niece, Dorthel Shomo of Eagletown; nieces, Jessica Shomo and Jamie Marable both of Eagletown; nephews, Keith Williams and Tamara of Broken Bow, Chad Chadwick and Kristan of Eagletown, Clark Whitfield  and Amanda of Broken Bow; great nieces and nephews, Cody Williams, Cedric Shomo, Landon Marable, Jaelyn Marable, Lynli Marable, Cadence Chadwick and Ryder Chadwick; special cousins, Don Cook of Eagletown and Jimmy David Cook of Poteau and our extended family the Cooks and Williams families.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday October 9, 2020 at First Assembly of God Church in Eagletown, OK with Clark Whitfield, Bro. Jimmy David Cook and Bro. Joe Donald officiating. Interment will follow at Eagletown Cemetery.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8 p.m., Thursday evening, October 8, 2020 at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home.
