Irene Stockston Lee passed away February 8, 2024 at the age of 78. She was born December 12, 1945 in Stephenville, TX to parents, Wilburn and Rachel (Tugman) DeFoor.

Irene was the first manager at Oakwood and Garden Walk Apartment Complexes for many years as well as the Laurel Ridge Apartments in Idabel, OK. She received manager of the year 1997. She enjoyed her coffee, people watching, fishing and DIY projects. She was very business-minded and full of advice. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilburn and Rachel DeFoor; son, David Stockton; three brothers, Freddie DeFoor, Vernon DeFoor and Burton Satterfield and wife, Wanda.

Irene leaves to cherish her memory daughter, Terri Turner of Lukfata, OK her son, Ronnie Turner and wife, Rosalinda of Dallas, TX; adopted son, Tommy Stockton of Broken Bow; sister, Darlene Satterfield of Ft. Worth, TX; brother, Clifford Satterfield and wife, Evelyn of Blum, TX; grandchildren, Derek  Bean and wife, Heather, Brittany Stockton; Mikaylee Turner and husband Mario Garcia, Josh Turner , Natalie and Albert Polanco, Justin Chaney; great-grandchildren, Axl and Abigail Turner, Daxton and Brinley Bean, Weston Stockton; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held from 9 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Eastside Community Building 101 Spigner St. Broken Bow, OK.
