James “David” Moore a lifetime resident of McCurtain Co. passed from this life on March 28, 2026.
David was born June 1, 1964 to parents, James and Patsy Moore. He was a beloved son, brother, and the best uncle Dav.
David never met a stranger. All through his working career his customers, either at Wal-Mart, Tractor Supply or Solid Waste sites, became some of his very best buddies. He loved spending time with his family and friends, from going to Car races or just hanging out on the front porch to chat. He loved listening to music and singing along with it. He was always a phone call away to hear how your day went, and to tell you how his went and who he talked to. He leaves us with great memories that we will cherish forever. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Patsy Moore; his brother-in-law, Billy Parks.
David leaves to cherish his memory, sister, Sharon Parks (Rey) of Lubbock, TX, Karen Jeans (William) of Broken Bow; brother, Kenneth Moore (Darla) of Broken Bow; nephew, Hunter Moore (Barbara) of Durant; niece, Haylee Moore (Hayden) of Idabel; great-nephews, Patrick Dilworth, Henry Moore of Durant, OK; great-niece, Harley Jeanes of Broken Bow; a host of other relatives and friends.
