Jana C. (Mitchell) Wheeler passed from this life on October 18, 2022 at the age of 69. She was born November 11, 1952  in Oklahoma City to parents,  Robert and Jane (Sessions) Mitchell. 

Jana enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, searching out genealogy, bowling, searching for arrow heads, fishing, and watching Wheel of Fortune. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Jane Mitchell; brothers, Mike Mitchell, Harold Mitchell, R.C. Mitchell; sister, Geniva Robertson. 

Jana leaves to cherish her memory, Curtis Dink Wheeler; children, Tabatha Scott and Jacky Marshall of Idabel, OK, Curt Wheeler of Idabel, OK; brother, Bobby Mitchell of Houston, TX; sister, Shirley Bradford of Florida; sisters-in-law, Joann Murry and Barbara Mitchell both of Idabel, OK; grandchildren, Addy and Baylee Hobbs, Kyler Cain, Alexis Mitchell, Nick John Jr.; her home was open to numerous other children and a host of other friends and family. 

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Moran Cemetery with Curt Wheeler officiating.
