Janis Gale (Noah) Wesley

Janis Gale (Noah) Wesley age 68, of Wright City, Oklahoma passed away at her home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, June 2, 2019. She was born on February 8, 1951 in Wright City, Oklahoma to Lester Noah, Sr, and Adeline. Janis loved spending time with her family and watching her nieces and nephews play baseball. She enjoyed listening to gospel music and was an avid supporter of Wright City Lumber Jax. She married Buck Wesley on October 30, 1993.

Janis was preceded in death by her parents, Lester Sr. and Adeline Noah; children, Neal Wesley; brother-in-law, Bobby Baker, Harvey Hardy, Jr., and Rick Causey, Sr.; sisters, Mary Bales, Clara Ruth Jefferson, Myrtle Noah, Helen Marie Noah; and nephew, Bobby Noah.

Janis leaves to cherish her memory her husband of twenty-five years, Buck Wesley; children, Shonda Shomo and husband Stanley Jr. of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Stanley Hudson, Jr. of Wright City, Oklahoma, Stacy Jarrett   and husband John of Bernie, Missouri; brother, Lester Noah, Jr. and wife Betty Ann of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; sisters, Dinah and husband Henry Battiest of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Betty Tom and husband Gary of Holly Creek, Oklahoma, Nancy Causey and Faye Noah of Wright City, Oklahoma, Pearline Baker of Millerton, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Sierra Wesley of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Brinton, Arionna Hudson, Jalen Shomo of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Elijah Shomo of Atoka, Oklahoma, Christian Shomo of Colgate, Oklahoma, Cameron Shomo of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Lauren Shomo of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Justin Jarrett, Josh Jarrett; and three great-grandchildren and a very special niece Courtney Causey.

A wake will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Wesley and Rita Battiest officiating.

Interment will follow at the Slater Memorial Cemetery in Wright City, Oklahoma.
