Jerry Don Daniel passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025, at the age of 83 in Greenville, TX. Born on April 5, 1941, in Haworth, OK, the son of Burness and Velma Daniel.

Jerry Don's life was a rich tapestry of experiences and achievements. He was a true cowboy at heart, having mastered the art of bull riding and earning the title of 'best all-around cowboy' in his younger days. His passion for life extended to his love of the outdoors, where he was an avid hunter, fisherman, and golfer. Jerry Don's infectious laughter and larger-than-life personality made him the life of any party, and his ability to weave a tale was unparalleled.

In his professional life, Jerry Don was the epitome of integrity and dedication. For over four decades, he was the proud owner of Lonestar Pawn and Bargain Center in Greenville, TX, where he built a reputation as an honest pawnbroker. His work ethic and commitment to his craft were matched only by his unwavering belief in doing what brings joy and in the goodness that comes to those who love the Lord.
Jerry Don's educational background as an auctioneer further showcased his quick wit and sharp mind, qualities that served him well in both his personal and professional endeavors.
His personal life was marked by love and laughter, particularly after marrying Kelcie Robison on New Year's Eve of 2015. Together they shared a bond that was both tender and full of mutual respect, a testament to Jerry Don's belief in the power of love and commitment.

Jerry Don was a man of many roles, each cherished by those who had the privilege to know him. He was the best husband, father, brother, uncle, pop, pawpaw, and honey.
