Joe Woody Billingsley

Joe Woody Billingsley, age 77, of Broken Bow, passed from this life, January 1, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Joe was born July 11, 1943, in DeQueen, Arkansas to Joseph Wade Billingsley and Juanita (DeShazo) Billingsley.

He and Wanda Whitten were united in marriage, December 19, 1986, in New Boston, TX, they enjoyed 34 wonderful years together before his passing.

Joe was a welder by trade but enjoyed carpentry in his free time. He always looked forward to spending time at deer camp, during the season, with his family and good friends. He loved spending time at Broken Bow lake. Joe had a big heart for his family and close friends. Joe was of the Baptist faith. He will truly be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Joe Woody was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Juanita (DeShazo) Billingsley, and a baby brother.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Wanda Billingsley, of the home; children, Maria Billingsley and fiancé, Jason, of Hockley, TX, Donald Billingsley and wife, Kimie, of Okinawa, Japan, Chaz Billingsley and wife, Christina, of Poker Bend, OK, Dennis White and wife, Ila, of Broken Bow, OK, Cindy White, of Gulf Breeze, FL, Shelley Watson, of Broken Bow, OK, Stacey Parsons and husband, Kevin, of Broken Bow, OK, Shonda Minyard, of Broken Bow, OK, and Sherry Bruce and husband, Timmy, of Broken Bow, OK; sisters, Anita Billingsley, of Horatio, AR, and Linda Fellers, of Hochatown, OK; grandchildren, Garrett Billingsley, Lasea Allen, Sakura Billingsley, Clint, Sarah, Haylee, and Jadon Billingsley, Chris and Clay White, Lindsey McDaniel, Colby Johnson, Carleigh Gibson, Dalton Gibson, Shelby Watson, Brason Watson, Tyler Norrid, Blake Sorrels, Shaylee, Jeryn, Garrett, and Lauryn Pole, and Hunter and Kailey Gray; 12 great-grandchildren; and soon to be, Baby Boy Allen; as well as, numerous other family and friends.

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2021, from 1:00 – 6:00 PM, at the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be Monday, January 4, 2021, at 1:00 PM, at the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home – Chapel, with Bro. Harvey Freeman officiating, burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
