Judy Kay Glover, 80, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2026, in Paris, Texas. Born on November 29, 1945, in Pickens, OK to John and Jewel (Pickens) Hannah.
Judy's dedication to her community was evident in her role as a paramedic, a profession she was immensely proud of. Her commitment to helping others extended to her involvement in establishing the Pickens Volunteer Fire Department. Her Christian faith was an essential part of her life, and she was a devoted member of the Clebit Baptist Church.
She had a passion for growing roses, and her garden was a testament to her skill and patience. As an author and writer, she had a way with words that captured the imaginations of her readers. Her artistic side was expressed through her love of painting and artwork. Judy's culinary skills were renowned, especially her chocolate pie, which many claimed were the best in the world. She also found joy in the great outdoors, enjoying hunting and fishing whenever she could.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Glover; parents, John and Jewel Hannah; brother, Jerry Hannah, and sister-in-law, Charlotte Hannah.
Her legacy continues through her loving children, Suzie and Jerry Clayborn; Gary Hardaway and Lisa; Justin Hardaway and Allana; Lana Kay Collins, and Johnny Hardaway. Judy was the proud grandmother of twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren who will miss her dearly. She also leaves behind her special cousins, Kerry Adams and Dixie Holmes, nieces, Kelly and Terry Hannah, and a host of other relatives and friends who were blessed to know her.
Visitation will be held 6-8 P.M., Saturday, February 7, 2026, Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Services are set for 2:00 P.M., Sunday, February 8, 2026, Clebit First Baptist Church, Clebit, OK with Bro. Jimmy Box officiating.
