Landen Drake

Landen Kade Drake, 18, of Broken Bow passed from this life Monday, August 24, 2020.

He was born the son of John and Kathy (McIntyre) Drake on August 8, 2002 in Durant, OK.

Landen was an avid outdoorsman. Hunting and fishing came natural to him. He enjoyed having others involved in his treks across the county. He loved being in a crowd and being the center of attention surrounded by all his friends. Things of great importance to him were God, family, friends, trucks, and mud.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harlen and Robbie McIntyre; paternal grandparents, Douglas and Carolyn Drake.

Landen leaves to cherish his memory his parents, John and Kathy Drake; brother, Charlie Drake (Jessica) of Hope, AR; Judd Drake of Ada, OK; uncle Scott and aunt Monica McIntyre and children, Geoffrey and Amanda and her children, Ayden, Haylee, Madi, Gabe, and Jessie, uncle, David and aunt, Brenda McIntyre and their children, Keith and Stacy and sons, Eli, Kade, Trey, and Pate, Clint and Matilda and sons, Jarrett and Jace, aunt, Donna and Ricky Boling and son Casey Boling, aunt, Nancy and Larry Chandler and son Trampis and Carrie Chandler, uncle, Mark and aunt, Ann and son Shane and wife Cassie and Briley, Abby, Hunter and Gracie; a host of other relatives and friends.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020, from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, at the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home - Chapel.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home - Chapel. 

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 29, 2020 at the Broken Bow High School Auditorium, in Broken Bow, OK with Bro. Pete Wilson and Koby Franz officiating. 

Interment will follow at the Restland Cemetery in Boswell, OK with Keith McIntyre officiating.
