Leslie (Les) Larcade Obituary

Leslie (Les) Bruce Larcade was born to loving parents Herbert C. and Charlene Larcade on December 29, 1964 in DeQueen, AR.  He passed away January 31, 2026 in Leavenworth, KS.


Les grew up in Broken Bow, OK and was a Broken Bow High School class of 1983 graduate.


Les had a love for the outdoors where he enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He especially enjoyed spending time at Broken Bow Lake.  In his younger years he excelled and enjoyed motorcycle racing with his older brother Larry.


During his marriage to Lisa Emory he received the biggest joy of his life, his son Blake.


He had a great love for the Lord and would frequently reference scripture in his letters to family.


Les was preceded in death by his father, Herbert C. Larcade, his older brother, Larry. His uncles and aunts, Charles and Marian Dale and George and Margie Larcade.  His Grandparents, Ross and Bobbie Wrights and Herbert C. and Ruth Larcade.


He is survived by his mother Charlene Larcade of Broken Bow.  His son Blake and partner Kayleigh of Oxnard, NC.  His brother Dr. Lee and Jodee Larcade of Raleigh, NC.   Nieces,  Mary Reid Larcade of Raleigh, NC, Grace Caroline Larcade of Los Angeles, CA, Skye Larcade of Salt Lake City, UT.  Nephews, Grayson and Leah Larcade of Centerville, UT and Joseph Larcade of Raleigh, NC. Cousins, Charla Thompson, Don and Mendy Dale, Gerrye Sue Little, Paul and Diane Larcade, Bryant and Jill Larcade, Chad and Nicky Dale, Charlie Dale.  And life- long loyal friend Rob Johnson.


A private service for family and close friends will be 11:00 am Saturday, February 14, 2026 at First Presbyterian Church in Broken Bow.
