LoEtta Gibbs

LoEtta Gibbs, 75 of Valliant, OK, passed away on May 14, 2022, at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX.  She was born the daughter of Buck and Ethel McGough Victory on August 30, 1946, in Idabel, OK.

LoEtta loved her family, especially spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids.  She also loved her Green Chapel church family and enjoyed flowers, gardening, quilting, and cooking for everyone.  She was well known for her chocolate fried pies.   

LoEtta was preceded in death by her husband, Ollie Gibbs; parents, Ethel Lemmons, Charlie Lemmons and Buck Victory; one grandson, C. J. Gibbs; two brothers, Johnny and Leroy Victory and a sister Pat Gibson. 

LoEtta is survived by her Children, Rita Coleman and husband, Charlie of Wright City, OK, Jimmy Gibbs of Wright City, OK, Kelvin Gibbs and Suzanne Jacob of College Station, TX and bonus daughter, Melissa Ferguson and husband, Robert of Coleman, OK; daughter-in-law, Lisa Mustin and husband, Zack; grandchildren, Kristi Collins, Colt Coleman, Josh Gibbs, Sarah Maldanado, Lexi Tietz, Kyla Gibbs, Tristian Batten, Zachary Batten and Tyler Mustin; many great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. 

A celebration of life service will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Green Chapel Assembly of God, Herndon, OK.  Interment will follow at Slater Memorial Cemetery in Wright City, OK.  Rev. Lyn Gaskey will officiate.
