Makenzie Lynn Morris

Makenzie Lynn Morris, passed from this life September 25, 2020 at the young age of 16. She was born January 23, 2004 in Idabel, OK to parents, Dawn Wilson and Rusty Morris.

Makenzie was full of life with a bubbly personality. She enjoyed softball, music, cooking, doing makeup and hair and weightlifting. Her passion was helping with Special Olympics. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Terry Lynn and Loyd Tatum; paternal grandmother, Mary Morris.

Makenzie leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Dawn Wilson and special friend, Robert Crutchfield of Idabel; father, Rusty Morris of Ringold; paternal grandfather, Robert Morris of Ringold, OK; brothers, Hunter Morris of Glover, OK and Kaden Morris of Idabel, OK; special nephew, Zane Morris of Idabel, OK; aunts, Kristen Kelly and Colby of Calvin, LA, Amber Marie Tatum and Vincent Hardy of Broken Bow, OK; uncles, Kyle Wayne Tatum of Temple, TX,  Robin Morris of Valliant, OK and Randy Jamison of Valliant, OK; father by love, Stormy Voss of Idabel, OK; grandmother by love Debra Jo Jackson of Broken Bow, OK; special aunt, Kerry Don; special grandparents, GG and grandma Gayle; special parents, Arlie and Montreal, Jenny and Coco Jenkins and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and special friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00p.m. at Warrior Football Stadium, Idabel, OK Saturday, October 3,2020.  Principal Chad Austin will be speaking.

Interment will follow at Rufe Cemetery Rufe, OK.

Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday October 1, 2020 from 6:00p.m.-8:00 p.m.at Bunch Singleton Funeral Home.
