Peggy Pannell, 66, of Broken Bow passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Born on August 30, 1959, in Pharr, Texas to parents, Alex and Marjorie (Magby) Keel.

Peggy and Derrell Pannell exchanged their wedding vows on March 26, 1979, in Pharr, Texas.

Throughout her life, Peggy embraced the role of a homemaker with grace and creativity. She had a natural talent for quilting and crafting, and her handmade candle soap was a reflection of her artistry and love for creating beauty in everyday life. Peggy found her greatest joy in the time she spent with her family. She will be missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Alex Keel; her in-laws, Lawrence and Colleen Pannell, and her brother, Lewis Keel.

Peggy is survived by her husband of nearly 47 years, Derrell Pannell; her mother, Marjorie Keel; her children, Jennifer and Eddie Marsh, Patrick Pannell, Amanda and Bobby England, Robert and Stephanie Pannell, and Robert Stevens. Peggy's siblings, David Keel, Patty and John Obst, and Lourie Sweeten; her grandchildren, Sienna Pannell, Hayley England, Joshua England, Dylan Marsh, Riley Marsh, Tyler Marsh, Gabriel Pannell, Brinley Pannell, Braden Pannell, and Layla Stevens, and her great-grandchildren, Damon James and Jeremiah England. Peggy also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
