Pratrevia Ann (Claborn) Taylor

Pratrevia Ann Taylor of Wright City, OK was born on March 3rd, 1942. God called her home Saturday, April 8, 2023 at the age of 81.

Pratrevia was a schoolteacher for many years and had taught many children on the Navajo Indian Reservation in Fort Defiance, Arizona. After retirement, Pratrevia moved back home to Wright City, OK.

Pratrevia was a Christian with a strong faith in our Lord and Savior. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Wright City, OK.

Pratrevia leaves behind to cherish her memory two sons and daughter-in-law, Dion (Sheri) Taylor of Wright City, OK and Keith Taylor of Broken Bow, OK; brothers, JR Claborn and Marion Dale Claborn both of Glover, OK; sister, Shirley Johnson of Shawnee, OK; granddaughter, Karrissa (Brian) Garcia of Craig, CO; grandsons, Dalton (Tara) Taylor of Oklahoma City, OK, Colton (Kelsea) Houchin of Manila, AR, and Bret (Kayla) Houchin of Broken, OK; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn and Preston Garcia, and Jaydn Juelfs.

She is reunited in Heaven with her mother and father, JR and Dora Claborn; sisters, Betty Harrison and Mildred Harvey; sister-in-law, Faye Claborn; niece, Diane (Claborn) Wagnon; and special brother-in-law, Jim Burton.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Hill Nursing Home for taking such wonderful and loving care of our loved one, and to Complete OK Hospice for keeping Pratrevia comfortable and being there when we needed you to be.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Monday, April 10, 2023 at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel.

Graveside Services are set for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Slater Memorial Cemetery, Wright City, OK with Bro. Randy Watkins officiating.

Pallbearers: Sam Burton, Bret Houchin, Scott Huffman, Jeff Claborn, Corey Claborn, Dion Taylor and Keith Taylor.

Honorary bearers; Tom Allen, CJ Christie, Bo Whisenhunt and Jerry Whisenhunt.
