Raymond B. Smith passed from this life July 20, 2020 at the age 87. He was born July 5, 1933 in Hannah, OK the son of Lee and Callie (Sanders) Smith.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and building bird houses and tinkering in his shop. He also enjoyed driving a truck for Jimmie Tucker Trucking. Most of all he cherished spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Callie Smith; wife Eva Nell Smith (2006) and son, Raymond Dale Smith; four brothers; three sisters.
He leaves to cherish his memory, sons, Larry Smith of Durant, OK, Bill Smith of Broken Bow, OK, Jerry Don Smith and wife Carol of Broken Bow OK, Carl Smith and wife, Sherri of Texarkana, Tx; sister Bonnie Shepherd of Bakersfield, CA; grandchildren, Jennifer, Kari, Eric, Emily, Nadily, Riley, Megan and Sarah; nine great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Broken Bow Cemetery with Bro. Chuck Darby.
