Robert Marshall

Robert Lee Marshall, 67, of Oklahoma City, OK entered his heavenly home on July 9, 2020.

Robert was born on September 19, 1952 to Verna Christine Marshall and Derbert Peace Sr. He graduated from Broken Bow High School in 1970 and attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University. It was there that Robert began his degree in Culinary Arts. He enlisted into the US Army and finished his degree while serving his country.

He enjoyed fishing, cooking, eating and sharing his culinary creations. Family was very important to Robert, treasuring the time he shared with his family and friends. Never meeting a stranger, he was a devoted brother, nephew, uncle and friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Derbert Peace Sr and Verna Christine Marshall; brother, James L. Marshall; sisters, Ada Marie Marshall-Wooten, Hazel Mae Thomas and Shirley Ann Chandler.

Robert is survived by his brothers, Derbert Peace Jr., Johnny Wayne Marshall and Willie Dean Marshall; sister, Dorothy Faye Marshall; great-aunt, Marjorie Ramsey and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July18, 2020 at the Lukfata Cemetery in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Jeanetta Hawkins will be speaking.
