Robert Arley Phelps, 66, of Broken Bow passed away October 25, 2023 at Medical City, Plano.

He was born May 3, 1957in McAlester, OK the son of Edward and Alta (Wright) Phelps.

Robert loved spending time with his grandchildren, hunting and fishing.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Tonya Cooke of Broken Bow; two sisters, Vera Stewart of Bowie, Maryland and Geneva Brown of Anchorage, AL; three grandchildren, Hagen Lane Smith, Lexi Nichole Smith and Cameron Duane Cooke; one great-granddaughter, Kinzley Smith, a host of relatives and friends.
