Sandra Diane "Sandy" Toliver-Delacerda passed away on October 31, 2025, in Texarkana, TX. Born on June 22, 1957, in Sutherlin, OR.
Sandra and Darren Delacerda were married on March 26, 1994. Her devotion to her family was unquestionable, and her presence as a mother and grandmother was a source of joy and comfort. Known for her remarkable skills as a computer whiz, she made significant contributions to the field of Healthcare IT. She was a member of the Catholic Church.
She had a particular passion for family gatherings, which were brightened by her presence and the love she so freely gave. Sandra's love for her grandchildren was especially profound, and she cherished every moment she spent with them.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, JB and LaVern Toliver, and her son, John Beavers.
She is survived by her husband, Darren Delacerda of the home; her son, Sean Beavers of New Orleans, LA; and her cherished grandchildren, Madalyn, Hadlee, and John Hagen Beavers; her sisters, Jacquie Lawrence (Bobby) of Broken Bow, Kathy Milam (Jim) of Portland, TN, Debbie Layfield (Tim) of Many, LA, and Angela Son of DeKalb, TX; and her brothers, Bill Toliver (Marsha) of Portland, TN, and Jay Toliver (Misty) of DeKalb, TX. Sandra's extended family, including her aunts, Inez Claborn and Marie Stout (Don), as well as numerous beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, will forever cherish the time they spent with her.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 2:00 PM prior to the Service.
Funeral Services are set for 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Bow, OK. Interment to follow at Watson Memorial Cemetery, Broken Bow, OK.
