Sandy Adams “Nana Goat” passed from this life July 30th at the age of 65 surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 24, 1956 in Idabel, OK the daughter of Floyd and Bobbie (McClinton) Proctor.
Sandy was a lifetime resident of Broken Bow. She was a wonderful mother to two daughters, Lisa and Lacey. Nana Goat was known for being a nurturing, helpful, giving, honest and creative soul. She impacted the lives of everyone who knew her, always radiating positivity and comfort. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of many. “Forever the Goat”
She is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Bobbie Ruth Proctor; son, Michael Raines; sister, Sherry Mathews; and a special friend, Tony Moore.
Sandy leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Lisa Poole and Lacey McDaniel and husband, Todd; brother, Bob Proctor and wife, Fonda; sister, Carla Hamlin all of Broken Bow; seven precious grandchildren, Haley McKeever, Justin Poole, Jaxson, Deacon, Boston, Elliot and Grady McDaniel and Indyanna Armstrong, nieces and nephews that she loved dearly, Christy Gibson, Candi Scott, Amanda Mathews, Kevin Hamlin, Kerrie Hamlin, Dustin Hamlin, Brandi Eavens, Kandy Rudd and Clayton Proctor; very dear friends, Teresa and James, Sue, Shelly and Joanne.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Monday evening at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at Broken Bow First Assembly of God Church with Bro. Tommy McCaig officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Top Cemetery.
