Shannon James Byrne, 57, born on April 13, 1967, in Edmonds, WA, son of John and Ruth Ann Byrne, passed away on November 17, 2024, in Broken Bow, OK. Shannon was a beloved son, brother and friend known for his generosity and kind spirit.

He often went out of his way to help others, he was a great-hearted man who would give the shirt off his back for anyone, including a stranger.  His loyal dog Rascal was a constant companion on many adventures, a special bond cherished deeply by Shannon.

A skilled woodworker, Shannon found joy in crafting, making piggy banks and collecting rocks. His hobbies were not just pastimes but passions that reflected his creativity and attention to detail.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Douglas and Ruth Ann Byrne.

Shannon is survived by his wife, Angela Byrne; his brother, Shawn Byrne and wife Yvette Bowie of Broken Bow; sisters, Becky Rice, Traci Medina; his children, James Bramer, Shawn Bramer, Jonathan Bramer, Joshua Bramer, and Brendan Bramer; grandchildren, Marina, Peter, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Jessica, Edmund, Guinevere, and Maximus Bramer; nieces and nephews, Tabbitha, Tyler, and Sammy Byrne, Chan and Colton Pham, host of friends who loved him.

Shannon's legacy is marked not only by his love for his family and friends but also by the simple acts of kindness that left a lasting impact on those around him. His memory will be cherished and kept alive in the hearts of all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the Re-Reg Spillway on the Mountain Fork River, Canoe Rd Broken Bow, OK.
