Shirley Faye Thompson

Shirley Faye Thompson, age 82, of Broken Bow, passed from this life, February 14, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born, March 21, 1938, to Claude Thurman and Irene (Nichols) Thurman, in Broken Bow, OK.

Shirley enjoyed fishing, planting flowers, working in the yard, and spending time with her dog, Turbo. She loved her family and was of the Baptist faith.

Shirley was preceded in death by husbands, Paul Thompson and Kenneth Clevenger; her parents, Claude and Irene Thurman; two children, Judy Ray and Stephen Thompson; one sister, Peggy Copeland.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Val Donaldson and husband, Darrell and Stacy Gibson and husband, Shawn, both of Broken Bow; brother, Melvin Thurman; grandchildren, Amanda Coyle, Jennifer Boone, Chris Gibson, Aaron Gibson, Stephen Thompson II, and Michael Thompson; 10 great-grandchildren; as well as, many other family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service for Shirley will be 6:00PM, Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home, with Bro. Philip Snow officiating.

A viewing for Shirley will follow the Funeral Service until 8:00 PM.
