Steven Riley Chapman was born July 29, 1984 in DeQueen, AR, passed from this life August 16, 2024. The only child of Shelby Chapman and the father of Nathan, Rachel and Kenlee Chapman.

Stevie had a loveable personality and was one of a kind, as all that knew him will tell you. From early childhood he was always into something, whether catching crickets and grasshoppers to frogs and snakes. You never knew what he was going to show you. As he grew older, he dearly loved hunting, fishing and anything outdoors. Stevie only knew one way, all the way. He dearly loved his family and friends, especially his children, mama, papa and granny.

He is preceded in death by his Papa, Kenneth Chapman; aunt Top, Maudie Shelton; Mamaw and Papaw, Bill and Madge Davis; Big Granny, Minnie Chapman; “Unc,” Robert Blocker; uncle, Joe Chapman; uncle, Jerry Chapman and aunt, Sharon Chapman and uncle, John Chapman.

Stevie leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Shelby Chapman; children, Nathan (Chasity), Rachel, Kenlee Chapman; one granddaughter, Everly Rose; grandmother, Betty Chapman; uncles and aunts, Roy Don “DonDon” and Patty “Pappy” Chapman, Steve and Renee Chapman, Chris and Michelle Gaddy, Don “Buddy Don” and Theresa Cook; cousins, Roy Allen Chapman, Dylan Chapman, Misty Chapman, Joe Chapman, Kacey Chapman and Kaylee Wakefield; a host of other relatives and a multitude of friends.

Graveside Services are set to 9:00 A.M., Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Eagletown Cemetery, Eagletown, OK.
