Sue Harcrow Obituary

Sue Harcrow, 76, of Glover passed from this life June 15, 2020 at home surrounded by her family.

She was born to Bill and Louise (Jackson) Westbrook on January 19, 1944 in Glover, OK. She was of the Assembly of God faith. Sue was a 1962 graduate of BBHS. She worked many years until her retirement with Tyson Hatchery.  She and Rodger Dale Harcrow were united in marriage August 31, 1962 and shared fifty-four years together before his passing in 2016.

Earlier in life she was a member of Zip+4 bowling league and attended numerous bowling tournaments in OK, AR and Texas achieving several awards and recognitions for bowling high scores. She enjoyed sewing for the public, spending time and working in her tomato and rose garden. Listening to Gospel music channel, catching fish and watching the Thunder play basketball. She took pride in keeping up with the Glover Cemetery funds. She dearly loved her faithful companion and fur baby Allie cat and spending time with her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Bill and Louise Westbrook; husband, Rodger Dale Harcrow; a brother, T.J. Westbrook.

Sue leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, LaDonna and husband, Joe Ray Morgan of Oakhill; Ernie and wife Rachel Harcrow of Golden; brothers, Leon and wife Sue Westbrook of Holly Creek and Earl and wife Joyce Westbrook of Golden; sisters, Alice Keeney of Union Valley and Linda Strawn of Idabel; sisters-in law, Martha Westbrook of Broken Bow, Lillian Gibson of Broken Bow, Neva Harcrow of Glover, Delores Harcrow of Lantana, TX; grandchildren, Misti and husband, Joe Don Neal of Idabel, Mindy and husband Randy Austin of Oak Hill, Hannah, Brayden and Gracie Harcrow of Golden. Great grandkids Raylee Austin and Allie Jo Neal; special friend and Thunder Game fan, Pearlie Woods, Mail lady Sandy Leslie and buddy Kathey Bray and a host of family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Westbrook officiating. Interment will follow at Glover Cemetery, Glover, OK.

The family will receive family and friends at the home from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday evening. 115 Thistle Lane Broken Bow, OK.  (Glover Community)
