Tequila Michelle Gordon was born November 6, 1976, in De Queen, AR but spent most of her life living in Broken Bow, Okla. She was always a bright, creative, and ambitious child. She grew to be a great businesswoman who worked as a real estate broker, owned a product hairline business, was OSHA certified, and a pastor. She loved being an inspirational and motivational speaker. She was a faithful daughter, friend, sister, aunt, cousin, and God mother. She loved God and everybody and never met a stranger. Tequila accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior as a young woman at Macedonia Baptist church in Broken Bow. She was a faithful member of First Pentecostal Church under Bishop and First Lady White. She later joined Set Free Cathedral of Deliverance under Bishop and First Lady Cook. Tequila moved to Atlanta, GA in 2003 and become a member of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church where she was ordained as a minister of the gospel in 2011 and served faithfully in the youth ministry. Pastor Tequila Gordon accepted her call to pastor and was ordained by Bishop Favors on September 17, 2019. She operated in her calling until her transition on September 27, 2021.
Tequila is preceded in death by her father Shelby Ray Gordon Sr. of Broken Bow, Okla. She is survived by her mother Joyce Gordon of Broken Bow, Okla. She is also survived by her brothers David Gordon (wife Tonya) of Millerton, Okla., Bobby Gordon (wife Deirdra) of Ft. Smith, AR, Shelby Gordon Jr. (wife Shahna) of OKC, Okla., and Kahnvis Gordon of Longview, WA, and sisters Michelle Johnson, Sandy Brown, Tammie Cooper, and Robbie Miller all of Stockbridge, GA., Shavonda Crudup of Broken Bow, Okla., Shalonda Roberson (husband Earnest) of Paris, TX., Effie Crudup of Idabel, OK., Sholesha Freeman of Broken Bow, Okla.
She will also be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, great nephews, great niece, and friends. Special mention of her Goddaughter Rapture Vaughn and special friend Greg Bell.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8 PM, Friday, October 8th at Bunch- Singleton Funeral Home Chapel. With a Celebration of Life Memorial Service, Saturday at 11:00 AM at Macedonia Baptist Church, Broken Bow, OK.
